My Background

My work combines modern psychological approaches with grounded life experience.

I am trained in clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy, and have worked with many individuals navigating anxiety, personal change and life transitions.

My perspective is also shaped by lived experience. Earlier in life I experienced significant at times extreme mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety. Working through these experiences led me to explore both modern psychology and philosophical traditions that examine how people develop resilience and meaning in life.

Today I live a grounded life as a partner and father, and I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves and navigate life with greater clarity and agency.
